How does your contingency model work?
We operate on a contingency search model, which means there are no upfront costs to you. You only pay a fee if and when we successfully place a candidate in your organization. This approach keeps your hiring process risk-free while ensuring we stay motivated to deliver strong candidates quickly. Our focus is on building long-term partnerships, so even though you only pay on results, we remain committed to providing you with top-quality talent in specialized and competitive markets.
What happens if the candidate you place doesn’t work out?
We stand behind the quality of our placements. If the candidate you hire leaves, is terminated, or does not meet your expectations within the agreed guarantee period or 60 days, we offer a replacement service. We will work to find another qualified candidate for your position at no additional recruiting fee, subject to the terms outlined in our agreement. This helps ensure your hiring investment is protected and you find the right fit for your team.
